When we started Practical Primitive in 2007 we never imagined how popular our Acorn Processing workshop would become. Since then we've taught thousands of students from around the world all our best-kept Acorn Secrets.
How do we know they're the best? Because we spent years experimenting! We had plenty of disasters along the way (stone grit-filled breads, tannin-locked masses of goop and rock hard pizza crusts, to name a few!)
